We have a simple Terms and Conditions Policy here. If you recieve any item that is damaged upon receiving, or has failed (If item came with a warranty, Warranties are on some New items only unless specified otherwise on a used item), then you may return it for exchange or refund.
Used Products are Sold as is unless they arrive damaged or are otherwise stated in item description that they come with a warranty. Some used items may not be fully tested if we are not aware of how the item works or functions but this is only on rare occasions and we list this in item description on these such items.
